EM Health Tip-Slimming Down for June!

Embrace Outdoor Exercise: June is prime time for getting active outside! ☀️ Go for a hike, swim 🏊, bike ride 🚴, or get some friends together for a beach volleyball game 🏐or game of pickleball 🏓!

These activities are a fun way to burn calories and soak up sunshine. Remember to get aim for 10-30 mins of sun without sunscreen or sunglasses to get the health benefits from the sunshine! ☀️
