When traveling, what are some health hacks we can do that make a BIG difference??

🍫🍫Pack Your Own Snacks: One of the best ways to ensure you have healthy options while traveling is to pack your own snacks. Opt for portable items such as nuts, seeds, fruits, veggies, hummus, beef or turkey jerky, protein drinks or powders and protein bars. These snacks are easy to carry in your bag and can keep hunger at bay without relying on less healthy airport offerings, etc.

💧💧Hydrate Wisely: Staying hydrated is crucial while traveling, but it's essential to choose beverages wisely. Instead of sugary sodas or energy drinks, opt for water, herbal tea, or coconut water. Bringing a refillable water bottle allows you to fill up at water stations throughout the airport, saving you money and reducing plastic waste!
