Mom n Dad Went To Jamaica

⛱️As discussed in the October 5th newsletter(click here to read), we are part of the Palace Resort family. My parents visited the Moon Palace Jamaica from February 8-18. Planning to stay 8 days and 7 nights, they enjoyed it so much they extended three more nights.

They were both so impressed with the people. I do believe that the staff at a resort will make your trip. Nothing is ever going to be perfect, but the staff certainly can be the difference between a good trip and a great trip.

Mom and dad have already decided this will be an annual trip for them. They can’t wait to go back and we certainly can’t wait to make a trip to Jamaica.

Health Tip of the Day

Getting quality sleep to avoid getting sick!

🛌🏼Lack of sleep can affect your immune system. Studies show that people who don't get quality sleep or enough sleep are more likely to get sick after being exposed to a virus, such as a common cold virus. Lack of sleep can also affect how fast you recover if you do get sick.
The optimal amount for most people is 7 hrs.
If you have a hard time calming the mind, use the 4-7-8 technique: breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 7 and exhale for a count of 8. I highly recommend counting because it helps the brain focus only on that breath. In a few sets, you should be falling fast asleep. Sweet dreams for better health!
